"Lasagna" Soup

This soup was supposed to be a casserole, lololol...I had actually made it like a casserole a few months ago and forgot to take pictures of it, but it was amazing.

It was a result of trying to clean out the fridge and use up stuff that was on it's last leg and make room for my next Misfits Market order that was due to be delivered.

If you haven't tried Misfits Market yet, you need to! Makes my life so much easier and their organic produce is way cheaper for the most part than what I can get in the grocery. If you are new to Misfits use my code and we both get $10 off our order! Anyways, back to the casserole that I decided to try in my Ninja on crockpot mode instead of the oven because I started it over lunch and wanted it to be ready for dinner. Well, that turned it into a soup. I was so disappointed when I took the lid off and saw it. And then I tasted it. I was no longer disappointed, I had accidentally created something even better because soup is easier than a casserole, just throw it all in and go, no layering, etc. And it still tasted amazing!

This is one we do on a regular basis, it's one of the miracles that tastes like it has cheese in it, even though it doesn't. It is dee- li- cious.

Literally throw everything in your slow cooker and let it go for several hours and you come home to this amazingness. It's like someone else made dinner for you and had it ready at the exact time you came home from work.
